An Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) Phase II involves the environmental characterization of soils and groundwater at the site under study based on the concerns identified during the ESA Phase I.
This characterization will be conducted by performing environmental drilling to sample soils and groundwater. The samples collected will be analyzed at a laboratory accredited by the Ministry of the Environment and Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife, and Parks (MELCCFP) to confirm or deny the presence of contamination based on the usage criteria identified in the Intervention Guide: PSRTC of MELCCFP.
